By using or visiting our website and ordering any of our products you agree to be bound by all of the following terms and conditions:
SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
- We ship your ordered product(s) free of charge.
- You have 2 weeks/14 days to request a return on the product(s) you have purchased from us (please see below for the list of the products that cannot be returned). The 2 weeks/14 days starts from the date you receive the product(s) in the mail.
- Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received the eligible product(s) in the mail and you have not requested a return from us during those 14 days, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of your purchase and pictures of the unopened packaging, unused product and the attached tags. Please send your pictures and proof of purchase to: email@example.com
- Item(s) sent back to us without contacting us and formally requesting a return first, will not be accepted.

- Facial Vacuum Pore Cleanser
- The above products are final sale once you purchase them.
- Once you qualify to return your item(s), send us an email with the requested pictures and information. We will get back to you with further instructions after receiving your email.
- Please do not send your item(s) back to the manufacturer of the product(s). The product(s) must be returned to Millyani at our return address.
- Once you are eligible and approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment after we receive your returned product(s).
- If you have not received a refund after 4-8 weeks of shipping your product(s) back to us:
- First, check your bank account, contact your credit card company or your PayPal account customer service; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted in your account’s history page.
- Second, if you have done all of the above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Please keep in mind that the shipping times have slowed down due to the Covid-19 pandemic, this means that we might receive your returned product(s) with delay. We will not be able to give you a refund until we receive your returned item(s) and we are not responsible for any delays in shipping.
SHIPPING AND RETURNING PRODUCTS
- Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are facing shipping difficulties and extended shipping timelines. Depending on where you live it will take between 2-9 weeks for the products to be sent to your address. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping. We are not responsible for any damages or costs arising from any delay in shipping of your product(s).
- If you do not receive your product(s) within 9 weeks, please contact us at email@example.com and let us know about the details of your shipment and the delay.
- In cases where you need to ship the product back to Millyani prior to being refunded, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item back to us. Shipping costs in relation to return of products are non-refundable.
- Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are facing shipping difficulties and as such we are unable to ship products to certain countries and regions. We reserve the right and discretion to refuse to ship products to certain locations. In such cases, we will contact you via email and inform you about our inability to send you your product(s) and refund your money in full.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
AGE OF MAJORITY
